Westwood Club has a rich history and many dedicated members who genuinely care about its future. The facilities are attractive, the tennis tradition remains strong, and many employees work hard to provide excellent service. Unfortunately, my experience over the past several years has left me disappointed with the club's leadership, governance, and overall direction. The most significant concern is a gradual cultural shift away from the adult-oriented club environment that many longtime members joined to enjoy. While attracting young families is important, there appears to be an inconsistent commitment to enforcing the club's own rules and standards. Policies often seem to depend on circumstance rather than being applied fairly and consistently, creating frustration for members who expect established rules to be respected. Equally concerning is the quality of governance. Transparency, accountability, and confidentiality should be fundamental responsibilities of any private club's leadership. In my experience, those standards have not always been upheld. Decisions affecting members have at times lacked clear communication, and confidence in the leadership's willingness to acknowled

Tennis and the pool are the best things they have here. The food is really not good. Dining room was dirty and reminded me of a nursing home, and food is plain awful. Staff is okay, nothing to say. Fitness center is very small and reminded me again of a senior center fitness room. If you are under 50 or have a family, beyond the pool and tennis, not sure what else there is here to offer. Mgt. was poor, needs to be addressed as well. Thank you.

This is a very nice swim and racquet club my family belonged to when I was a child. I never took full advantage of it. My father kept his membership. They've done some very nice upgrades. The restaurant is excellent. Had lunch there the other day. Crabcake sandwich with fresh fruit very good. The main facility has a couple of banquet rooms. You can look out onto the indoor clay courts from above. Nice tennis courts outdoor. Excellent swimming pool and outdoor snack bar restaurant. The steam room is legendary. Universal gym machine. Nice little Pro Shop. It really has everything you could ever ask for except a golf course.

My wife and I were having a hard time finding a wedding venue. As soon as we toured the Westwood club we knew it was the one. They set everything up for us so nicely and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed it was no problem. Also, the food was fantastic! Made things really convenient that the venue provided food and drinks. But I really can’t thank Sarah enough. She was our wedding coordinator, she was there with us every step of the way. She made things easy for us and allowed for our big day to go smoothly. Anything we needed, without hesitation it was done. She’s also such a sweet, caring individual who is professional and amazing at her job. If you need a wedding venue, and a wedding coordinator I really can’t recommend the venue and Sarah enough!
